WiFi Design & Installation
Professional Unifi access point placement mapped to your space. Full coverage, zero dead zones, every AP positioned for maximum performance.
One installer, one system. Survey, design and installation across Sheffield and the surrounding South Yorkshire.
Sheffield is home for us. We are based in the north of the city and most of our work sits within twenty minutes of the door, which means survey and install dates are usually the quickest we can offer anywhere. From the stone terraces of Walkley and Crookes to the large detached houses out at Dore, Totley and Fulwood, we install Unifi networks, WiFi, CCTV and door entry across every S postcode.
Sheffield housing is unusually hard on WiFi. The Victorian stone terraces around Walkley, Crookes and Nether Edge have thick internal walls and often run to three storeys plus a cellar, so a router in the hallway never reaches the top floor. The bigger stone-built houses towards Dore, Ranmoor and Bents Green have the opposite problem: too much floor area for one access point to cover. We survey on site, place access points around the structure rather than guessing from a floor plan, and wire each one back in Cat6 so it is not fighting the walls over a wireless link. For businesses we cover city centre offices, the converted units around Kelham Island and Neepsend, and the industrial estates out at Attercliffe and Carbrook.
From a single access point to a full site build, every project gets the same attention to detail and professional finish.
Most clients in Sheffield hire us for one of these and then add the others over time. It all runs on the same Unifi ecosystem, managed from one app, by one team. Start anywhere.

Installed and configured. One team, one day.
Why the different fees? Security surveys are quick walkarounds, typically under an hour. Residential WiFi surveys involve full property testing and a written plan. Business surveys are full-day commercial scoping. All fees credit in full to your install if you go ahead.
Final price is set after the on-site survey. All quotes locked for 60 days. Your survey fee comes off the bill in full.

"Getting 58Mb in the kitchen on a 900Mb line. They found the router was in the wrong spot, fitted a proper wireless access point in the hallway and now I get full speed in every room."
"Dead zone in both bedrooms for years. They put a second access point at the top of the stairs and wired it back properly. Full signal upstairs now, not dropped once."
"Four staff constantly cutting out on calls. They replaced our old router with proper business kit and added a ceiling access point for the whole floor. Not had a problem since."

Read guideYes. We cover all of Sheffield and the surrounding South Yorkshire, including Dore, Totley, Fulwood, Hillsborough, Crookes, Chapeltown, Woodseats, Stocksbridge. We are based in Sheffield, so Sheffield is a routine trip rather than a special journey, and survey and install dates are usually within the same week.
Home installs start from £849 and business installs from £2,299, both including Ubiquiti hardware at UK RRP and full installation. What a Sheffield property actually needs depends on its size, its construction and how many access points, cameras or cabling runs it takes to cover properly, which is why we confirm the figure after the on-site survey rather than over the phone.
Most homes are surveyed, installed and configured in a single day. Larger properties, full Cat6 cabling to every room, or a combined network, CCTV and door entry build can run to two days. We confirm the schedule at survey so you know before anything is booked in.
The 15-minute discovery call is free. An on-site residential WiFi survey is £75, a business survey £250, and a home security survey is free. Whichever applies, the fee comes off your installation bill in full if you go ahead.
