Door entry and access control. Control who gets in, and account for it.
Managed access for offices and apartment blocks on the same Unifi system as your network and cameras. Issue and cancel access in seconds, with no monthly fees.
The lock matters more than the reader.
A smart reader on the wall is worthless if the door it controls can be shouldered open or the lock is the weak point. So that is where we start: the door, the frame and the lock, then the reader and the system behind it. Done right, access control is less about keeping people out and more about knowing, and being able to change, exactly who can get in and when.
The controllers are wired devices on a PoE switch, the same as the cameras and access points, which is why access control on a site with no cabling is really a cabling job with a door system attached. We build it on Unifi so it lives on one managed dashboard alongside the network and the CCTV, with no monthly fee to us for running what you own. For the full picture, our guide to door entry and access control goes into the detail.
Apartment blocks: fobs you can actually account for
Blocks drift into a state where nobody knows how many fobs are out there or who holds them, and the only way to secure the building is to rekey everything. A managed system ends that. Fobs are issued and cancelled individually, a lost one is revoked in seconds, and the managing agent can see access rather than guess at it. For residential blocks the agent is normally the data controller, and we hand over what you need to meet that.
Offices: control the doors that are worth it
Not every door in an office needs a reader. The front entrance, the comms room, the stock or server room and anywhere holding cash or records usually do; most internal doors do not, and controlling them just adds cost and fobs to lose. We advise on which doors earn a reader, keep free exit and the fire strategy intact on escape routes, and tie it into the CCTV and network so it is one system, not three. We cover Yorkshire and Greater Manchester.

What our customers say.
No more arguing about the WiFi upstairs. No more wondering whether the back gate is covered. That is what people actually book us for.
"Getting 58Mb in the kitchen on a 900Mb line. They found the router was in the wrong spot, fitted a proper wireless access point in the hallway and now I get full speed in every room."
"Wanted proper security after the neighbour got broken into. They walked the property, sorted 4 cameras, door sensors, motion sensors and the doorbell, all on one app. Cancelled my old alarm contract, saving a fortune over the years."
"Four staff constantly cutting out on calls. They replaced our old home router with a dream machine pro and added ceiling access points for the whole floor. Not had a problem since. The £75 came straight off the invoice."
Common questions,
answered plainly.
Do you charge for a survey?
No. We come and look at the doors you want to control, how people move through the building and what is already there, then write a plan with a fixed price. The survey is free and the plan is yours whether you proceed or not.
Can you work with our existing doors and intercom?
Often, yes. The lock on the door usually matters more than the panel on the wall, so where the door and its hardware are sound we work with them and replace only what needs replacing. Where an old intercom is the weak point, we will say so rather than wire a new system to a failing lock.
We run an apartment block with fobs nobody can account for. Can you fix that?
Yes, and it is one of the most common jobs we are called in for. A managed access system lets you issue and cancel fobs individually, see who has access, and revoke a lost one in seconds instead of rekeying the whole block. The managing agent keeps control rather than a drawer of anonymous fobs.
What about fire regulations on exit doors?
Access control governs getting in, never getting out. On an escape route people must always be able to leave freely without a fob or a code, and we install so that free exit and the fire strategy are respected. We will flag anything on your doors that does not meet that before we touch it.
