CCTV installation done properly. Real IP cameras, no monthly fees.
We survey the property, cover the entrances that actually matter, and record it all on Unifi Protect kept on site. One fixed price, nothing paywalled.
CCTV that keeps working after we leave.
Most of the camera systems we are called to replace fall down in one of two ways. Either they were sold by the box, four cameras because the kit came in a set of four, with half of them pointed at nothing useful. Or they record to a cloud that charges every month and stops the day the card details expire. We do it the other way round: we cover what needs covering, and we record it on hardware you own.
The system we fit is Unifi Protect. The cameras are PoE devices wired in Cat6 back to a switch, and the footage records to an NVR kept on site, which is why there is no monthly fee to us or to anyone else. You get a single app for live view and playback, at home or away, with none of the footage paywalled behind a plan. It is the same platform the Unifi networks and door entry we install run on, so a property can end up with cameras, access control and WiFi on one dashboard rather than three apps that do not talk to each other.
Decided at the survey, not off a shelf
Properties pull in two directions. A stone terrace with front and rear access and little else needs a tidy two or three camera layout that covers it honestly. A detached house with side gates, a long drive, a garden office and outbuildings needs more, because a single camera over the door sees none of the ways in that matter. Commercial sites add yards, loading doors and entrances that a camera count can never tell you about. We walk the property, map the real entry points and sightlines, and put cameras where they earn their place.
A camera is only as good as the night it is filmed on
We are straight about what cameras can and cannot do. Good placement, the right lens and proper low-light performance decide whether footage identifies someone or just records a shape, and we would rather fit fewer cameras that read a face and a plate than more that record grey. Cabling is run neatly and, outside, sealed for the weather. Everything is tested on the property, day and night, before we hand it over, and we show you the playback so you know exactly what it sees. We cover homes and businesses right across Yorkshire and Greater Manchester, the same patch as the rest of what we install.

What our customers say.
No more arguing about the WiFi upstairs. No more wondering whether the back gate is covered. That is what people actually book us for.
"Getting 58Mb in the kitchen on a 900Mb line. They found the router was in the wrong spot, fitted a proper wireless access point in the hallway and now I get full speed in every room."
"Wanted proper security after the neighbour got broken into. They walked the property, sorted 4 cameras, door sensors, motion sensors and the doorbell, all on one app. Cancelled my old alarm contract, saving a fortune over the years."
"Four staff constantly cutting out on calls. They replaced our old home router with a dream machine pro and added ceiling access points for the whole floor. Not had a problem since. The £75 came straight off the invoice."
Common questions,
answered plainly.
Do you charge for a CCTV survey?
No. We come to the property, walk every entrance and blind spot, and write you a placement plan with the exact cameras and a fixed price. You keep the plan whether you go ahead or not, and nothing is paid until you decide to.
Are there monthly fees for the cameras?
No. We install Unifi Protect, which records to an NVR kept on site, so the footage lives on hardware you own rather than behind a subscription. That is the main reason people move off Ring and Verisure: the cameras keep working with no monthly charge to anyone.
How many cameras do I actually need?
It depends on the entrances and sightlines, not a package. A terrace with one front and one rear door needs far less than a detached house with side access and a garden office, or a yard with loading doors. We decide the count at the survey from what actually needs covering, and we will say when a camera would add nothing.
Can you add CCTV to a network you did not install?
Usually, yes. The cameras are PoE devices that run back to a switch on Cat6, so if there is a sound network and spare capacity we work with it. Where the cabling or switching is not there, we price that in honestly rather than hang cameras off something that cannot carry them.
Is home and business CCTV legal?
Yes, within the ICO guidance. Cameras should cover your own property, signage tells people the system is there, and footage is kept only as long as you need it. We set cameras up to stay off a neighbour’s garden or windows, and for businesses we hand over what you need to meet your obligations.
Where do you cover?
Across Yorkshire and Greater Manchester, worked from our Sheffield and Manchester bases, so survey and install dates are usually within the same week.
