Business network installation. Wired-first, and built to take real load.
Structured cabling, managed switching and Unifi WiFi on one system, designed around how your office actually works. One fixed price, no monthly fees to us.
A network the office stops noticing.
Most offices do not call us because they want a network. They call because the WiFi drops on Teams calls, the new starters have nowhere to plug in, or the kit in the cupboard is a pile of unlabelled boxes nobody dares touch. The fix is almost never a bigger router. It is a network built properly from the cable up, so it does the job quietly and you go back to not thinking about it.
We build wired-first. Cat6 runs from every desk drop and access point back to a managed PoE switch in a tidy comms cabinet, with WiFi layered on top rather than carrying the whole office on its own. That is what keeps a room full of people on video calls steady, lets us put guest traffic on its own VLAN away from your systems, and means cameras and door controllers live on the same managed platform instead of three separate ones. It all runs on Unifi, so you get one dashboard for the lot and no monthly licence to us for the privilege of using what you bought.
Sized to the premises, not a brochure
A converted mill or workshop has different problems to a city-centre office floor or a warehouse unit. Open plates and steel frames scatter WiFi, long warehouse runs need the cabling planned before the racking goes in, and a growing office needs spare capacity in the cabinet so the next ten people are a patch lead, not a rebuild. We survey the premises and the way you work, then size the switching, cabling and access points to that rather than to a package.
Documented, and yours to hand on
We label every run, keep the cabinet tidy and hand over documentation that means the next person, your staff, your IT provider or us on a return visit, can see what connects to what. If you want the detail on the wired side, our guide to wired versus wireless office networks covers the trade-off. We cover businesses right across Yorkshire and Greater Manchester.

What our customers say.
No more arguing about the WiFi upstairs. No more wondering whether the back gate is covered. That is what people actually book us for.
"Getting 58Mb in the kitchen on a 900Mb line. They found the router was in the wrong spot, fitted a proper wireless access point in the hallway and now I get full speed in every room."
"Wanted proper security after the neighbour got broken into. They walked the property, sorted 4 cameras, door sensors, motion sensors and the doorbell, all on one app. Cancelled my old alarm contract, saving a fortune over the years."
"Four staff constantly cutting out on calls. They replaced our old home router with a dream machine pro and added ceiling access points for the whole floor. Not had a problem since. The £75 came straight off the invoice."
Common questions,
answered plainly.
Do you charge for a network survey?
No. We come in, look at how the office is laid out and how people actually work, and write a plan with a fixed price. The survey is free and the plan is yours whether you book the work or not.
Do we really need cabling, or is WiFi enough?
WiFi is how people connect, but it is not what holds an office together. Desks, access points, cameras and door controllers all want a wired run back to a switch, and WiFi then sits on top of a network that does not fall over when twenty people join a call at once. For most offices the honest answer is both, wired first.
Will the install shut the office down?
We plan around that. Cabling and switching usually go in around your hours or in stages so there is no day where nobody can work, and we agree the sequence at survey so you know what happens when before anything is booked.
Can you work alongside our existing IT provider?
Yes, and we often do. We handle the physical network, cabling, switching and WiFi, and hand over clean documentation your IT firm or MSP can run with. If you would rather one company owned the lot, our partner arrangement is built for exactly that: see our page for IT firms and MSPs.
Where do you cover?
Across Yorkshire and Greater Manchester, worked from our Sheffield and Manchester bases. We run the same commercial installs throughout the patch, usually with survey and start dates inside the same week.
